Zofia was born in Krakow, Poland. Zofia's father was Kazimierz IV Jagiellonczyk and her mother was Elizabeth Von Habsburg. Her paternal grandparents were Wladyslaw II Jagiello and Sophie D' Holszany; her maternal grandparents were Albrecht V Von Habsburg and Elizabeth De Luxembourg. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Ladislas II, Zygmunt I, Anna and Barbara. She died on October 5th, 1512. She was buried in Heilsbronn, Mittelfranken, Bavaria.General Notes
