Anna Jagiellonka 
Anna was born on March 12th, 1476. Anna's father was Kazimierz IV Jagiellonczyk and her mother was Elizabeth Von Habsburg. Her paternal grandparents were Wladyslaw II Jagiello and Sophie D' Holszany; her maternal grandparents were Albrecht V Von Habsburg and Elizabeth De Luxembourg. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Ladislas II, Zygmunt I, Barbara and Zofia. She died at the age of 27 on August 12th, 1503.General Notes
