James A. Mills

James A. was born about 1855 in Scotland, MO. James A.'s father was William L. Mills and his mother is Mary Elizabeth Johnson. His paternal grandparents were Caleb William Mills and Erzilla East. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Benjamin F., Caleb F., Charles S., Joseph H., Ada, Doci M. and Alice Josephine. He was the third youngest of the eight children. He died before 1887.
