Daniel Mercer 
Daniel was born about 1580 and his baptism took place in St. Anglois, Southampton, Hampshire, England. Daniel's father was Jean+ Mercier and his mother was Jeanne+ Leclerc. His paternal grandfather was Jehan Cocquier Le+ Mercier and his paternal grandmother is Perinne De La+ Houe; his maternal grandparents are Arnoul+ Leclerc and Jenna+ Lippensen. He had five brothers and six sisters, named Peter+, Phillip, Francis, Samuel, Paul, Jane, Mary, Elizabeth, Judith, Hester and Ann. He was the oldest of the twelve children. He died on August 28th, 1650.General Notes
