Charlotte Elizabeth was born in 1845 in LIncoln, MO. Charlotte Elizabeth's father was Charles William* McKinsey and her mother is Susan Ann Eads* Dameron. Her paternal grandfather was Douglas* Mckinsey and her paternal grandmother is Elizabeth* Palmer. She had four brothers and three sisters, named John D.*, James Madison, Drury Chambers, Joseph Leland, Malinda Frances, Margaret Alice and Mary Lucinda.
