Gozelon I De+ was born about 0967. Gozelon I De+'s father was Godefroi D'+ Ardennes and his mother was Mathilde Von+ Sachsen. His paternal grandfather is Gonzelon De+ Basse-Lorraine and his paternal grandmother was Oda De+ Metz; his maternal grandfather was Hermann Billung Von+ Sachsen and his maternal grandmother is Hildegarde Von+ Westerburg. He had a brother and two sisters, named Hermann De+, Irmgard De+ and Gerberge De+. He was the oldest of the four children. He had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Jean De+, Arnoul II Of+ and Bertha Of+. He died on April 10th, 1044.General Notes
