Philippe De Ligne 
Philippe De was born about 1535. Philippe De's father is Jacques De Ligne and his mother was Marie Van Wassenaer. His paternal grandparents were Antoine De Ligne and Philippote De Luxembourg; his maternal grandfather was Jan Van Wassenaer and his maternal grandmother is Jossine D' Egmont. He was an only child.
