Leonard Taylor was born on July 1st, 1870 in Green Twp., Indiana Co., PA. Leonard Taylor's father was John Andrew Learn and his mother was Jane A. Darmey. His paternal grandparents were Andrew Learn and Catharine Fluke. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Alfred R., Martin Luther, Henry Ward Beecher, Miranda, Anna Mazilla and Zella. He was the third youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 34 on January 25th, 1905 in Shelocta, Indiana Co., PA.General Notes
