Leonor Manrique De was born about 1416. Leonor Manrique De's father was Pedro Manrique De Lara and her mother is Leonor De Castilla. Her paternal grandfather is Diego Manrique De Lara and her paternal grandmother was Juana De Mendoza; her maternal grandfather was Fadrique De Castilla and her maternal grandmother is Leonor I De Castilla. She has three brothers and two sisters, named Fadrique Manrique De, Pedro Manrique De, Garcia Manrique De, Beatriz Manrique De and Ines Manrique De.
