General Notes
William was apparently a charitable and faithful Quaker Minister, saying to his children `The truth is more to me, than my all in this world.`--The night of his decease, one of the family said to him that this was to be a night of great sorrow to them, but he replied that it was a night of great joy to him. William was buried in the family burial ground near his own house.
