James Ladd 
James was born on October 22nd, 1703 in Charles City, VA. James' father was William+ Ladd and his mother was Huldah Binford. His paternal grandparents were John+ Ladd and Mary+ X; his maternal grandfather was Anthony Binford and his maternal grandmother is Elizabeth Dye. He had two brothers and a sister, named John+, William and Mary. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 66 on September 19th, 1770 in Henrico Co., VA.General Notes
