Samuel Knightley 
Samuel was born in 1587 in Burgh Hall, Staffordshire, England. Samuel's father was Thomas Knightley and his mother is Elizabeth Shuckburgh. His paternal grandparents are Valentine Knightley and Anne Ferrers. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Richard, Edward, Nathaniel, Thomas, Jane, Mary, Anne, Frances, Elizabeth and Martha. He was the fifth oldest of the eleven children. He had a half-sister named Mary. He died at the age of 60 in 1647.General Notes
