Otto Von+ was born about 1278. Otto Von+'s father was Dietrich VI Von+ Kleve and his mother was Margareta Von+ Geldern. His paternal grandparents were Dietrich V Von+ Kleve and Aleidis Von+ Heinsberg. He had a sister named Adelheid Von. He was the older of the two children.
