Jean De Joinville 
Jean De was born about 1218. Jean De's father was Simon I De+ Joinville and his mother was Beatrix De+ Bourgogne. His paternal grandfather was Geoffroi De+ Joinville and his paternal grandmother is Helvide De+ Dampierre; his maternal grandparents were Etienne III De+ Bourgogne and Beatrice De+ Thiers. He had two brothers and a sister, named Simon II De, Geoffroi De+ and Marie Simone De. He was the oldest of the four children. He had two half-sisters named Agnes De and Beatrix De.
