Frances was born before November 22nd, 1713 in Richmond, VA. Frances' father was Edmund Jennings and her mother was Frances Corbin. Her paternal grandfather was Edmund Jennings and her paternal grandmother is Margaret Barkham; her maternal grandparents were Henry Corbin and Alice Eltonhead. She was an only child.
