Katarzyna was born on November 1st, 1526 in Krakow, Poland. Katarzyna's father is Zygmunt I Jagiellonczyk and her mother was Bona Sforza. Her paternal grandparents were Kazimierz IV Jagiellonczyk and Elizabeth Von Habsburg; her maternal grandparents were Giovanni Galeazzo II Sforza and Isabella D' Aragon. She had two half-sisters named Jadwiga and Katarzyna. She died at the age of 56 on September 16th, 1583 in Stockholm, Sweden.General Notes
