Isabella Alexandra was born on November 20th, 1808. Isabella Alexandra's father was John Michael Eisenhower and her mother was Isabella Mitchell. Her paternal grandparents were George Michael Eisenhower and Catherine X. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Andrew, Michael, Margaret and William Mitchell.
