Her paternal grandparents were Friedrich Wilhelm II Von Hohenzollern and Friederike Von Hessen-Darmstadt; her maternal grandparents were Friedrich V Von Hessen-Homburg and Karoline Von Hessen-Darmstadt. She had a sister named Marie Von. She was the older of the two children. She died at the age of 70 in 1885.General Notes
