William Hodgson

William was born on August 15th, 1816 in Clinton, OH. William's father was Amos Hodgson and his mother was Mary Barnett. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Hodgson and Patience Dillon; his maternal grandparents were Arthanacius Barnett and Jane Hutchins. He had six brothers and a sister, named Daniel, Thomas, Nathan, Allen, Levi, Jesse and Rebecca. He is the fourth oldest of the eight children. He has a half-sister named Nancy.
