Thomas Hobson 
Thomas was born on May 29th, 1803 in Knox Co., TN. Thomas' father was George Hobson and his mother was Rebecca Marshall. His paternal grandparents were Charles Hobson and Sarah Beck. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Charles, Joshua, Jesse, George, William, Sarah, Ann, Rebecca and Margaret. He was the oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 72 on November 13th, 1875 in Highland, Hardin Co., IA.General Notes
