Maria Von was born after 1522. Maria Von's father was Georg Von Hewen and her mother was Elizabeth Zu Hohenlohe-Neuenstein. Her paternal grandparents were Peter IV Von Hewen and Agnes Von Lupfen; her maternal grandparents were Kraft VI Zu Hohenlohe-Neuenstein and Helene Von Wurttemberg. She was an only child.
