Augusta Von was born on April 14th, 1765 in Darmstadt, Germany. Augusta Von's father was Georg Wilhelm Von Hessen-Darmstadt and her mother was Maria Luise Von Leiningen. Her paternal grandparents were Ludwig VIII Von Hessen-Darmstadt and Charlotte Christine Von Hanau-Lichtenberg; her maternal grandparents were Christian Von Leiningen and Katharina Zu Solms-Rodelheim-Assenheim. She had a brother and three sisters, named Friedrich Von, Friederike Caroline Von, Charlotte Von and Louise Von. She was the youngest of the five children. She died at the age of 30 on March 30th, 1796 in Rohrback-am-Neckar, Germany.General Notes
