Johann August Zu Solms-Rodelheim-Assenheim 
Johann August Zu was born on June 7th, 1623. Johann August Zu's father was Johann Georg II Zu Solms-Laubach-Wildenfels and his mother was Anna Maria Von Erbach. His paternal grandparents were Johann Georg I Zu Solms-Laubach and Marguerite Von Schonburg-Glauchau; his maternal grandparents were Friedrich Magnus Von Erbach and Johanna Henriette Zu Oettingen. He had a brother and a sister, named Johann Friedrich Zu and Sophie Zu. He was the oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 57 on November 23rd, 1680.General Notes
