John Scott was born on October 4th, 1804 in Vincennes, IN. John Scott's father was William Henry Harrison and his mother was Anna Tuthill Symes. His paternal grandparents were Benjamin Harrison and Elizabeth Basset. He was an only child. He died at the age of 73 on May 25th, 1878 in Point Farm, near North Bend, OH.General Notes
