Robert was born about 1662 in VA. Robert's father was John Carter and his mother was Sarah Ludlow. His maternal grandparents are Gabriel Ludlow and Phyllis Will. He was an only child. He died on August 4th, 1732 in Corotoman, Lancaster Co., VA.General Notes
