Albertha Frances was born on July 29th, 1847 in Strabane, Tyrone, Ireland. Albertha Frances' father was James Hamilton and her mother was Louisa Jane Russell. Her paternal grandparents were James Hamilton and Harriet Douglas; her maternal grandparents were John Russell and Georgiana Gordon. She had a brother and four sisters, named James, Harriet Georgiana, Beatrix Frances, Louisa Jane and Maud Evelyn. She was the second youngest of the six children. She died at the age of 84 on January 7th, 1932.General Notes
