Henry was born about 1600 in Stamford, Northumberland, England. Henry's father was John Grey and his mother was Elizabeth Neville. His paternal grandparents were Henry Grey and Anne Windsor; his maternal grandparents were Edward Neville and Rachel Lennard. He was an only child. He died on July 21st, 1673.
