Virginia Payne Grant 
Virginia Payne was born on February 20th, 1832 in Georgetown, Brown, OH. Virginia Payne's father was Jesse Root Grant and her mother was Hannah Simpson. Her paternal grandparents were Noah III Grant and Rachel Kelly. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Hiram Ulysses Simpson, Samuel Simpson, Orville Lynch, Clara Rachel and Mary Frances. She was the third youngest of the six children. She died at the age of 49 in 1881.General Notes
