Jean II De was born on October 9th, 1417. Jean II De's father was Jean I De Glymes and his mother was Johanna Van Boutershem. His paternal grandfather was Jean De Glymes and his paternal grandmother is Isabelle Thorembisoul De Grez; his maternal grandfather was Henrich IX Van Boutershem and his maternal grandmother is Johanna Van Der Aa.
