Abner Gifford 
Abner was born on October 18th, 1780 in Westport, Bristol Co., MA. Abner's father was Christopher III GIfford and his mother was Deborah Howland. His paternal grandparents were Christopher Gifford and Mary Borden. He was an only child. He died at the age of 82 in 1862.General Notes
