Carlos Bernardino Pascal was born on March 25th, 1752. Carlos Bernardino Pascal's father was Jacobo Francisco Eduardo Fitzjames and his mother was Maria Teresa Da Silva. His paternal grandparents were Francis James Fitzjames and Catalina Ventura Colon; his maternal grandfather is Manuel Jose Da Silva and his maternal grandmother was Maria Teresa Alvarez De Toledo.
