Maurice I Fitzgerald 
Maurice I was born about 1220. Maurice I's father was John Fitzgerald and his mother is Margery Fitzanthony. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Fitzmaurice Fitzgerald and Elinor De Marsico. He had four half-brothers named Philip, Maurice II, Gilbert and John. He died in 1261 in Battle of Callan in Desmond, with his father.General Notes
