Francis William Henry was born on November 19th, 1825. Francis William Henry's father was John Fane and his mother was Priscilla Anne Wellesley. His paternal grandparents were John Fane and Sarah Anne Child; his maternal grandparents were William Wellesley and Katherine Elizabeth Forbes. He was an only child.
