Richard Colley was born about 1690 in Castle Carbery, Kildare, Ireland. Richard Colley's father is Henry Colley and his mother is Maria Ussher. His paternal grandfather was Dudley Colley and his paternal grandmother is Anne Warren; his maternal grandfather was William Ussher and his maternal grandmother is Ursula Saint Barbe.
