Beatrice D' was born about 1426. Beatrice D''s father was Niccolo III D' Este and her mother is Filippa Della Tavola. Her paternal grandfather was Alberto I D' Este and her paternal grandmother is Isotta Albaresani. She had two brothers and a sister, named Alberto D', Gurone D' and Isotta D'. She was the youngest of the four children. She had eight half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Meliaduse D', Alerto Carlo D', Ercole I D', Sigismondo D', Ugo D', Leonello D', Borso D', Rinaldo D', Ginevra D', Lucia D', Margherita D', Bianca D' and Margherita D'.
