John Erskine 
John was born about 1585. John's father was John Erskine and his mother was Anne Drummond. His paternal grandparents are John Erskine and Annabella Murray; his maternal grandfather was David Drummond and his maternal grandmother is Lilias Ruthven. He had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named James, Henry, Margaret and Anne. He died in 1653.General Notes
