John H Eisenhower 
John H was born on May 17th, 1848 in Elizabethville, Dauphin Co., PA. John H's father was Jacob Frederick Eisenhower and his mother was Margaretha Rebecca Matter. His paternal grandparents were Frederick Eisenhower and Barbara Miller. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Jacob F, Samuel F, Peter A, David Jacob, Mary Ann, Catherina A, Suzanna M, Lydia A, Emma Jane and Hannah Amanda. He was the oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 8 on April 4th, 1857 in Elizabethville, Dauphin Co., PA.General Notes
