Phillip Jr. was born about 1755 in VA. Phillip Jr.'s father was Phillip Eastin and his mother was Elizabeth Douglas. His paternal grandparents are Jean or Joachim? D'+ Estaing and Nm+ X; his maternal grandparents are John Douglas and Judith Moorman. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Richard, Johnson, Elizabeth, Judith and Frankie.
