Augustine Ford was born about 1797. Augustine Ford's father was Augustine Eastin and his mother was Judith Crouch. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Eastin and Sarah Whitlock; his maternal grandparents are Stephen Crouch and Elizabeth Farrar. He had two brothers and six sisters, named Thomas, Christopher Columbus, Sarah Sally, Elizabeth, Kentura, Mary, Judith and America. He is the youngest of the nine children. He had four half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Thomas Ford, Zachariah, Josiah, Benjamin, Jenny and Dolly G..General Notes
