Alexander Duff 
Alexander was born on November 10th, 1849 in Edinburgh, Scotland. Alexander's father was James Duff and his mother was Agnes Hay. His maternal grandparents were William George Hay and Elizabeth Fitzclarence. He was an only child. He died at the age of 62 on January 29th, 1912 in Aswan, Egypt.General Notes
