Phoebe Comer

Phoebe was born after 1766. Phoebe's father was Amos Comer and her mother was Ann Allen. Her paternal grandfather was Robert Comer and her paternal grandmother is Rebekah Houghton; her maternal grandparents were John II Allen and Phebe Scarlet. She has two brothers and a sister, named John, William and Rebecca. She is the second oldest of the four children.
