Thomas Cokayne 
Thomas was born in 1663 in Ashbourn, Derbyshire, England. Thomas' father was Thomas Cokayne and his mother is Elizabeth D' Este. His paternal grandparents were Lewis Cokayne and Ursula Pell. He was an only child. He died at the age of 74 on January 30th, 1737.General Notes
