Thomas Cokayne 
Thomas was born in 1618 in Cokayne Hatley, Bedfordshire, England. Thomas' father was Lewis Cokayne and his mother was Ursula Pell. His paternal grandfather was John Cokayne and his paternal grandmother is Elizabeth Stacy. He was an only child. He died at the age of 61 in 1679.General Notes
