James Cary 
James was born in 1623 in England. James' father was John Cary and his mother was Alice Hobson. His paternal grandparents were William Cary and Alice Elizabeth Goodall; his maternal grandparents are Henry Hobson and Alice Davis. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Henry, Matthew, Richard, Miles, Alice, Honor and Mary. He was the fourth youngest of the eight children. He had three half-brothers and two half-sisters, named John, Thomas, Philip, Prudence and Elizabeth. He died in VA.General Notes
