Ettore was born on April 11th, 1701 in Francavilla, Italy. Ettore's father was Fabrizio Carafa and his mother was Aurelia Imperiali. His paternal grandparents were Ettore Carafa and Margherita D' Sangro. He was an only child. He died at the age of 63 on May 15th, 1764.General Notes
