Fabrizio was born about 1560. Fabrizio's father is Girolamo Carafa and his mother is Livia Spinelli. His paternal grandfather was Giovanni Battista Carafa and his paternal grandmother is Lucrezia De Borja. He was an only child. He died on September 7th, 1629.General Notes
