Giovanni Benedetto was born on July 1st, 1679. Giovanni Benedetto's father was Carlo Borromeo and his mother was Giovanna Odescalchi. His paternal grandfather was Renato Borromeo and his paternal grandmother is Giulia Arese; his maternal grandfather was Carlo Odescalchi and his maternal grandmother is Beatrice Cusani. He had three half-sisters named Giustina, Teresa and Maria Maddalena. He died at the age of 64 on March 18th, 1744.General Notes
