William Beals 
William was born on February 1st, 1687 in Nottingham, Chester Co., PA. William's father was John Beals and his mother was Mary Clayton. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Beals and Sarah Edge; his maternal grandparents were William Clayton and Prudence Michael. He had two brothers and three sisters, named John II+, Jacob, Mary Ann, Patience and Grace. He was the second oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 54 on January 2nd, 1742 in Monocacy, New Market, Frederick, MD.General Notes
