Margaret Olivia was born about 1837. Margaret Olivia's father was John Baumgardner and her mother was Margaret Kuntz. Her paternal grandparents were Jacob+ Baumgardner and Mary Magdalene+ Kraft; her maternal grandparents were Paul+ Kuntz and Mary Ann+ X. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Francis J., William H., John Joseph, Mary Josephine, Elizabeth, Magdalena, Harriet A. and Agnes C..
