Jesse Barnett 
Jesse was born on July 4th, 1749 in Goochland Co., VA. Jesse's father was John Barnett and his mother was Catherine Farrar. His paternal grandparents are William Barnett and Anna Rolfe; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Farrar and Katherine Perrin. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Richard, William, John, Thomas, Joseph, Sarah, Mary, Catherine Ann and Frances. He was the youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 88 on August 29th, 1837 in Granville, NC.General Notes
